My Bio

I moved to southern Arizona in 2000 and volunteered at Tucson Pima Arts Council working with Wanda Poindester, the Ponies Del Pueblo project and Family Arts Festival.  Attended Pima Community College.  Moved to beautiful Sahuarita in 2002.  Co-founder of  “Sahuarita’s Enterprising Women” SEW, “Creative Women’s Co-op” CWC and “Our Networking Group"  Press releases and news paper articles in the Arizona Daily Star, Green Valley News and Sahuarita Times.  I’m a local artist showing my work in private homes and businesses. Artist Reception in my studio offered every 1st Saturday of each month until October 2005.  25 Solo exhibits in southern Arizona in 2004.  See and purchase original Raw Art Tour painting at Peoples Imports call 520-903-2300 for directions and hours. Thomas' Blue Room Gallery located in Amado off South I-19 - Exit 48 has more abstract painting of mine.  The CADP of the TPAC is now showing the 2005 Rural Arts Traveling Exhibit. My work titled "AZ Sunset" a 16 X 20, acrylic painting on canvas is in the show. The exhibit is at 5 different locations throughout Pima County from December 2004 through July 2005.
